Pennsylvania Business Annual Report

Beginning in 2025, businesses must file an annual report with the State of PA. You will be required to login to Business Services | An Official Pennsylvania Government Website.

Beneficial Ownership Reporting (BOI)

New requirement for businesses. If you own a business, there is a new filing requirement for 2024. Existing businesses have until the end of  December, however, new businesses must file within 90 days (from the date of existence). Go directly to https://www.fincen.gov/boi to register your business. 

There is no fee for filing the BOI information. Be wary of scams who will try to charge a fee. File the required information to avoid the egregious penalties for late filing.
